Privacy Policy

Padelbit helps players organize, score and manage padel games.

We store the data you enter in the app, players, scores, schedules, sessions, ratings and leaderboards. If you sign in with Google or Telegram, we store basic profile details provided by that service, such as your name, username, email address, profile photo or account ID. If you register for events we also store your phone number, payment and wallet records, attendance history (late cancellations, no-shows), notification settings and tournament photos. Ask us to remove you from a photo.

We use this data only to run Padelbit: to manage games, link results to profiles, calculate ratings, show leaderboards and protect the service from abuse.

We use a login cookie to keep you signed in on this device for up to 30 days, signing out ends it immediately, and a cookie to remember your language. We don't set advertising cookies or use third-party tracking analytics, so we don't show a cookie banner.

To understand how people find and use our public game pages, we record anonymous, aggregated visit statistics. When a game page loads we process technical information your browser sends with the request, the referring website, your browser's User-Agent (to tell phone from desktop), your preferred language, an approximate country (derived from your network address by our infrastructure provider), and any campaign tag in the link. We do not store your IP address, we set no tracking cookie or device identifier for this, and these signals are not used to identify you. Organizers can see this aggregated audience information for their own games.

Game and leaderboard information may be visible to other players in the relevant session, group or competition.

We don't sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers needed to operate Padelbit, hosting, database, login, SMS and messaging providers, and OpenAI for an automatic safety check of profile photos you upload, or where required by law.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@padelbit.eu. Some match or leaderboard records may remain if needed for other players' game history, but we'll remove or anonymize your personal profile where possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
